Many clients require installations, which differ from "run of the mill" systems. This may be due to available space, localised noise or temperatures, hazardous processes or simply the aesthetics of the building.

CPA can offer turnkey capability in designing, installing and managing systems specifically tailored to the application. All work is carried out by CPA personnel and sub-contract work is not necessary. Fabrication pipefitting and electrical works are all within the scope our installation team.

In many cases, clients simply specify available space, compressed air quality capacity and pressure and the completion date. CPA takes responsibility for the rest.

The following are examples of CPA custom built applications:

G.E. Caledonian

Four single stage rotary screw compressors, each monitored by an integral electronic panel and controlled overall through CPA's Sentinel controller. This system is connected directly to CPA operations centre via modem where status reports and condition warnings continuously monitored.

EWOS

Containerised system comprising of three compressors in a lead - lag - standby configuration with an air receiver and refrigerant air dryer & filter system. The externally sited container allows the client to maximise his factory floor space and keeps the compressed air system isolated from an extremely dirty environment. The intake air is pre-filtered on entering the container and the warm exhaust air is ducted out to atmosphere. An added advantage is that the locked container is tamper proof and secure.

Honeywell

Customised compressor room comprising of four Aircom screw compressors, dryers, filtration, receivers and condensate management. Monitored and managed via modem by CPA mobile technicians.
