●Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information on internal systems
●Assisting clients with access to our client portal

ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - FULL TIME, PERMANENT We are an engineering service company specialising in industrial air compressors; rotating equipment and complimentary products.We require an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated person to join our service team.With an electrical bias, applicants will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks on client equipment.
Essential applicant attributes:
●Industrial electrical/mechanical ability and experience with an electrical bias
●Multi-skilled and experienced in all aspects of industrial maintenance
●Excellent fault finding skills
●A working knowledge of relevant health and safety practice
●Proactive, can-do attitude with good people skills
●Team player
A working knowledge of air compressors and or refrigeration systems would be a distinct advantage but is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be based at our head office in Lanarkshire.Our client base is spread throughout the UK and
Ireland although the majority of our work is within the central belt at either our workshops or client sites.There will also be an occasional requirement to travel throughout the UK and
Ireland .
Key duties and responsibilities:
●Safe, professional and efficient installation, servicing and repair of air compressors air and ancillary equipment
●Effective time management to maximise chargeable hours and minimise client downtime
●Identification of further business opportunities from ongoing workload
●Effective and accurate communication with customers and colleagues
●On-site compliance with company and client health & safety and environmental policies
●Building and strengthening client relationships
●Punctual, accurate and comprehensive completion of job reports
The varied nature of our product offering and the diversity of our client base will ensure that this is an interesting and challenging role.
It is essential for this role that you can prove a strong engineering background with an electrical bias – you will be dealing with compressors, pneumatics, control circuits, fault diagnosis, 3 phase, installing electrical cabling and equipment.
Working hours are 8.00 to 4.30, Monday to Friday.The pay package will reflect ability and experience. A suitable vehicle and mobile phone will be provided.
